Scheduling your appointments on line is quick and easy. Just click on the “Book Your Appointment” icon on the right hand side of this page and follow the prompts.
Method of Payment
I accept the following forms of payment:
- No Fault
- Cash
- Check
- Venmo, Zelle (use my phone # 716-342-4009 or user name Cindy-Hebert-11)
- Credit Card (visa, master card, Discover)
- FSA, HSA (I do not accept Independent Health)
I do not accept health insurance, however some insurance companies will reimburse your massages. Give them a call and see if yours is one of them.
You will be asked to provide credit card information to reserve your spot on my calendar. Please note, Your card will not be charged at that time.
Cancellation and No Show
- Should you cancel your massage the day before your appointment, you will be charged for half the price of the service you were scheduled for.
- Should you cancel the day of your appointment or no-call / no-show, you will be charged the full amount.
I understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. 24 hours notice must be giving if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to avoid incurring late fees. Doing so will give me time to fill the slot with someone who may be on my waiting list, or with someone who may have an emergency and needs to be seen that day. For any late cancellations or no shows you will be charged the full amount of the service you were scheduled for. Charges that are incurred will be billed to your credit card on file or paid at the time of your next visit.
You will not be charged if you are sick, an emergency arises or for bad weather.
